Delete your account & data

You can permanently delete your Sajda account at any time. Here's how, what gets removed, and how long it takes.

1 Delete in the app recommended

The fastest way to delete your account is directly inside the app:

  1. Open Sajda and sign in if you are not already.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Tap Account.
  4. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account and synced data are scheduled for permanent deletion immediately after you confirm.

2 Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, send a deletion request from the email address associated with your account:

Please include the email or sign-in method you used. We may ask you to verify ownership before deleting. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.

3 What is deleted

Note on subscriptions: Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Purchase records held by Apple, Google, or RevenueCat for legal/accounting purposes are subject to their retention policies.

4 What may be retained

We may retain limited information where required by law (for example, transaction records for tax or fraud-prevention purposes) or in anonymized/aggregated form that no longer identifies you. This data cannot be used to re-identify you.
